In the USA, Cygolite products are backed by a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects when purchased through an authorized dealer. Warranty does not cover damage from accident, abuse, improper use, modifications not authorized by Cygolite, or normal wear and tear. When under warranty, the defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Cygolite. Cygolite is not responsible for shipping costs from the customer to Cygolite. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued by Cygolite Customer Service before repairs can be submitted. For warranty issues outside the USA, contact the original retailer of purchase. The warranty statement is subject to change without notice.
